Not seeing Capture Card as a Source option
If on a Mac, this maybe a result of a security setting. Navigate to your Mac's System Preferences, then select Security & Privacy.
Under the Privacy tab, select Camera, and then ensure that Production Truck is checked on the right hand side. If it is not, and you make the change, you will need to restart Production Truck. You may also need to do this for your Microphone setting.
Capture Card is selected as Source, but just a black screen
If Production Truck detects the device(s) and they show up under the source drop down but there is no video, check all of your video formats between your camera, driver software, and in Production Truck. Also, check to make sure your camera is set to output the video through the correct channels (HDMI or SDI).
