Below are the steps needed to watch a Pay-Per-View broadcast on BlueFrame applications. In the images below we are using Roku, however the process is the same on other devices.


Accessing via Television and Mobile Apps

Select the broadcast you want to watch within the App. If it is a pay-per-view broadcast it will bring you to a page that provides a website you need to go to, on a separate device (such as a mobile device or computer), as well as a code to enter once at that URL. 



Visit that webpage on another device, such as a phone, computer, or tablet. You can also visit the following site in order to enter that code: Pay-Per-View Account Authorization.  When you visit that webpage it will ask for your code. Enter It. 



When you press submit it will prompt you the options to Purchase Access or Already Purchased? Login To Access.

  • If you already have an account and have purchased access click Login To Access. Then login to the account you initially used to purchase. 
  • If you haven't created an account or need to purchase access click Purchase Access. From there you can create an account, login with that account, and purchase access with a credit card. For more information on this process, please see the Purchasing Access, section below. 



Once all billing information is submitted or you have logged back in, you will receive an Order Successful screen. All you will need to do is select Watch Broadcast.



After you have purchased access and logged in to the app, your app will automatically start playing the broadcast within a few seconds. 


Purchasing Access

Once you access the website and enter the code on a separate device, you will need to purchase access. Click on the Purchase Access button.



A new window will appear asking you to login to our purchasing system. You can login with your Facebook account, your Google account, or create a separate login for purchases with our system. 


Note: When logging in again to access a purchase at a later time, you MUST login with the account you utilized to purchase initially, whether that was through our login, your Facebook account, or your Google account. 



Your video may have more than one purchase option available -- for example, you may be allowed to purchase a recurring subscription for that particular organization. If so, choose one of the purchase options and click the Next button to proceed to the billing information page.



You will then be asked to enter in a new credit card, or if you have made a purchase with us before and selected Remember Credit Card, you can select from the previous card. 



Now, you will be asked to enter in your billing information (including credit card information). You may also be asked to select the team you are supporting from a dropdown menu.


Note: If you believe you will be making future purchases with BlueFrame, you can select the Remember Credit Card button in order for your credit card information to be saved. 



Once you have confirmed your billing information, selected and agreed to the terms of use, click on the Submit button to be taken to the Order Successful screen. 



On the Order Successful page, it will indicate that an email will be sent to you regarding your purchase. In the bottom right hand corner, you will then select Watch Broadcast, and the content will begin playing within a few seconds on your television application.
