You can upload a previously recorded video to your “On Demand” or archived section on your site following these simple steps:

Uploading a New Archived Video

Go to BlueFrame’s backend at and login.

Click Broadcasts which can be found on the homepage as well as underneath the Media tab at the top.

On the Manage Broadcasts page, click Operations in the top right corner and select “Create Broadcast”.

This will bring you to the same page that you use to create and schedule a new broadcast.

Fill out section, title, event date and time, and contact information just like you would for a live broadcast

Before you click Create, you will need to select Status and change it from scheduled to archived; This will give you a window to upload a file.


After you upload your file, click Create at the bottom of the page

You should now see your broadcast listed as archiving on the Monitor Broadcast page

Note: The archiving process may take a minute. Once that process is complete, your viewers will be able to watch your video under the On Demand section on your site.

Replacing an Archived Video

If you have already broadcasted your event and had some technical issues or network issues at the venue, you may want the option to replace the original archive with a better looking raw broadcast. For more information on this, please follow the instructions below.

On vCloud click the update button for the broadcast you want to edit. This will be displayed as a pencil icon. 

 Scroll down and click on the Status section to expand. The status should already be Archived. 

Click on where you see Recorded Stream. A drop down option will appear.  Click on Upload New Video. 

Click on the upload button and choose the file on your computer.  The file will automatically start uploading and you'll see the progress bar advance. This can take some time depending on the quality and length of the video.

After it has finished uploading click on the Save button on the bottom of the page. The broadcast will still have to archive so it may be another 10 minutes until the broadcast is ready to be watched. Once the file is uploaded and you click save, you are free to close the browser.
