Downloading archives and sending them to yourself or to fans of your broadcast is now simple. The first set of instructions walks you through how to send yourself a single broadcast. While the second set allows you to send multiple broadcasts to multiple individuals. 


Individual Broadcasts Downloads to your Account

Login on to vCloud, using your account username and password, then navigate to either the Broadcasts page or Broadcast Grid. Then select the View broadcast button, with the i icon. 



Then in the upper right hand corner, from the Operations button, select the Export This Broadcast option. You will then be prompted that the broadcast will be sent to your email. 

You will receive an email with the links to the games included, click on the links will open them in your browser. 

Depending on your browser, right click on the video and choose "Save As", this will allow you to pick where on your computer the file is saved too and what it is titled. 



Groups of Broadcasts or Broadcast(s) to multiple people

Login on to vCloud, using your account username and password, then go to the broadcast grid page.


Once on the Broadcast Grid page, filter the Status broadcast from No Archived to Archived. Click Update to refresh the list of broadcasts. You will then see all your archived broadcasts from most recent descending. 



If you are looking for a specific date range of broadcasts, be sure to indicate this in the Scheduled Date field as well.

Note: Click Update Filter after you have changed any drop down or fields on the broadcast grid. If you do not click Update Filter no changes will be made to your current view!


Once you see the broadcast you would like to download, copy and paste the ID number, located in the left most column, into the filter at the top. After you click Update, you should only see one broadcast in the list.

Once you have filtered your broadcasts as desired, click Download Archives.

A confirmation field will appear with your current account’s email in a text box. If you wish to send these archived broadcasts to an email other than the default account email, simply type in the desired email address separated by a coma and single space.


Note: The time it takes to receive the email with the video file links can vary depending on if those files have been requested before and how many broadcasts you have requested.
