Broadcasts can be purchased through BlueFrame in order to view them online. In order to purchase, you will need to login with an account, choose your purchase package, enter your credit card information, and confirm your purchase.

Accessing the Video Using A Web Browser

Note: We suggest using Google Chrome to view broadcasts on a laptop, tablet or computer.


Once you select the pay-per-view broadcast you wish to watch, you should see a blue screen in the video player. Click on the Purchase Access button.



A new window will appear asking you to login to our purchasing system. You can login with your Facebook account, your Google account, or create a separate login for purchases with our system. 


Note: When logging in again to access a purchase at a later time, you MUST login with the account you utilized to purchase initially, whether that was through our login, your Facebook account, or your Google account. 



Your video may have more than one purchase option available -- for example, you may be allowed to purchase a recurring subscription for that particular organization. If so, choose one of the purchase options and click the Next button to proceed to the billing information page.



You will then be asked to enter in a new credit card, or if you have made a purchase with us before and selected Remember Credit Card, you can select from the previous card. 



Now, you will be asked to enter in your billing information (including credit card information). You may also be asked to select the team you are supporting from a dropdown menu.


Note: If you believe you will be making future purchases with BlueFrame, you can select the Remember Credit Card button in order for your credit card information to be saved. 



Once you have confirmed your billing information, selected and agreed to the terms of use, click on the Submit button to be taken to the Order Successful screen. 



On the Order Successful page, it will indicate that an email will be sent to you regarding your purchase. In the bottom right hand corner, you will then select Watch Broadcast, to view the content. 




Accessing The Video Again after Purchasing

If you lose access to the video or wish to access a purchase again, you can return to the event page containing the video. You will also have a link to your video sent to your email address that you entered when purchasing the video. When the video window loads, click on the Already Purchased? Login to Access button.



You will need to login with the same account (Facebook, Google, etc.) you used to purchase the video. 



Once you have logged in, click on the Watch Broadcast button on the bottom right of the order successful page to access your video.



When logging in with your account, if you receive a screen that indicates that "there is no purchase associated with your account". We would recommend logging out, and attempting to login using the account you initially used to purchase. Whether this was through a BlueFrame account, a Facebook account, or a Google account. 




Accessing via Television and Mobile Apps

Select the broadcast you want to watch within the App. If it is a pay-per-view broadcast it will bring you to a page that provides a website you need to go to, on a separate device, as well as a code to enter once at that URL. 



Visit that webpage on another device, such as a phone, computer, or tablet. You can also visit the following site in order to enter that code: Pay-Per-View Account Authorization.  When you visit that webpage it will ask for your code. Enter It. 



When you press submit it will prompt you the options to Purchase Access or Already Purchased? Login To Access.

  • If you already have an account and have purchased access click Login To Access. Then login to the account you initially used to purchase. 
  • If you haven't created an account or need to purchase access click Purchase Access. From there you can create an account, login with that account, and purchase access with a credit card.



Once all billing information is submitted or you have logged back in, you will receive an Order Successful screen. All you will need to do is select Watch Broadcast.



After you have purchased access and logged in to the app, your app will automatically start playing the broadcast within a few seconds. 


Managing Your BlueFrame Account

By accessing your account through BlueFrame, you can manage your account information, see your previous purchases, and manage your subscriptions. To access this account visit the the viewer portal by clicking the following link: BlueFrame Viewer Login

Login to the account you utilized to purchase, if you created a BlueFrame account or logged in via Facebook or Google. 



After logging in, you will then see your previous purchases, including subscriptions. You can navigate around your account by selecting the various areas in the upper right hand corner. 


Managing Subscriptions

  • Selecting the Subscriptions tab, will take you to your subscriptions. Select the magnifying glasson a specific subscription in order view options regarding the subscription, including canceling or suspending it. By selecting the magnifying glass, you can see details regarding the subscription.
    • Selecting the Pause Subscription? option will pause your subscription and you will not be charged for the subscription for the next billing cycle. You will also lose the access provided by the subscription on the Next Purchase Date. You can re-enable your subscription at any time, by signing back into your account and navigating back to this page. 
    • Choosing the End Subscription? option option will end your subscription and you will no longer be charged for the subscription at next billing cycle and beyond. You will also lose the access provided by the subscription on the Next Purchase Date.


Payments

  • By going to the Payments tab, you can manage the Credit or Debt card associated with your account. Your Active Subscriptions indicates how many subscriptions are being charged to that particular card. 
  • Selecting the magnifying glass next to a card will allow you to edit the details of that particular payment method. It will also give you the option to Delete the payment option. If payment option is removed, you will also lose the access provided by the subscription on the Next Purchase Date.



Region Blocking

In some cases, depending on where you are located, you maybe prompted to share your location with the website that the broadcast is hosted on. You must share your location with the website in order to potentially view the broadcast. 


If you receive the following message, your region has been blocked from viewing this particular broadcast. 


"Sorry, but your region has been blocked from being able to access this content"


 This is likely due to restrictions involving the distribution rights of that particular broadcast.


If you deny sharing your location with the website, this setting is saved based on your browser. You can go into your browser's setting and allow your location to be shared with the site. 


For example, in Google Chrome, you will navigate to the following area of Google Chrome's setting. Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Site Settings -> Permissions -> Location. This process will be different on a per browser basis. 


Once you find the website, Remove the site from your Blocked list and reload the website, you will be prompted to share your location with the website again.
