Accessing the Video Using A Web Browser

Once you select the pay-per-view broadcast you wish to watch, you should see a blue screen in the video player. Click on the Purchase Access button.

A new window will appear asking you to login to our purchasing system. You can login with your Facebook account, your Google account, or create a separate login for purchases with our system. 

Your video may have more than one purchase option available -- for example, you may be allowed to purchase access to an entire season for that sport. If so, choose one of the purchase options and click the Next button to proceed to the billing information page.

Now, you will be asked to enter in your billing information (including credit card information). You may also be asked to select the team you are supporting from a dropdown menu. Once you have confirmed your billing information, click on the Watch Broadcast button to be taken to the video. A receipt of your purchase will be sent to the email address you specified.

We suggest using Google Chrome to view broadcasts on a laptop, tablet or computer.


Accessing the Video Using Your TV App

When you try to play a video that requires to be purchased, you will be presented with an Authorization Code and web site address. 

Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device and enter in the web address. This should bring you to a page where you can enter the given code to start the purchase process.

The purchase process is similar to one used when viewing a video in a web browser. When you have confirmed your billing information, click on the Watch Broadcast On App button to close the purchase window. You can then close your web browser on your mobile device or computer. If you have already purchased a season pass, you can simply enter the same login information and click on the Watch Broadcast On App.

In a few moments, your video will start playing on your TV app.


Accessing The Video Again

If for whatever reason you lose access to your video, you can return to the event page containing the video. You will also have a link to your video sent to your email address that you entered when purchasing the video. When the video window loads, click on the Already Purchased? Login to Access button.

You will need to login with the same account (Facebook, Google, etc.) you used to purchase the video. Once you have logged in, click on the Watch Broadcast button on the bottom right of the order successful page to access your video.

Videos you purchased via a TV App will play again automatically. If you have uninstalled and reinstalled your TV App, you will need to reauthorize the app for access to that video. Click on the video, go to the provided URL and enter the authorization code. Then login with the same account (Facebook, Google, etc.) you used to purchase the video. Finally click on the Watch Broadcast On App button.
