Using the Purchase History tool you can see all purchases done through your site, from all your broadcasts. Also if you are a customer admin, you can see the purchase history for all broadcast across your various accounts.

Site Purchase History

You can go to your Admin page on vCloud, then scroll down under Reports. Select the Purchase History for Site.



If you are not seeing the correct site displayed or have multiple sites associated with your account, select the proper site in the dropdown by typing it in at the top of the page. 


Then navigate down to Reports and select the Purchase History for Site.



Once you’ve clicked this, you will be taken to the Purchase History page. The Purchase History page by default shows all the purchases associated with your site, but it can be sorted and filtered by status, mode, order number, access type, name, email, amount, and date.


There is also a Download CSV option available, which will allow you to download a spreadsheet of your filtered (or unfiltered) purchases.



Customer Purchase History

You can go to your Admin page on vCloud, then click scroll down under Reports. Select the Purchase History for Customer.



Once you’ve clicked this, you will be taken to the Purchase History page. The Purchase History page by default shows ALL purchases for the sites in that customer, but it can be sorted and filtered by status, mode, order number, access type, name, email, amount, and date.


There is also a Download CSV option available, which will allow you to download a spreadsheet of your filtered (or unfiltered) purchases.



Individual Broadcast

Here is how to view the purchase history on a particular broadcast.


Navigate to the Broadcast Grid page under Produce.



Then navigate to the Purchase page, using the $ icon, for the specific broadcast.


If you are looking for a broadcast that has already been streamed, you can alter the Status filter option to Archived and then select Update Filter in the upper right.




Then you will see a page with the total number of purchases indicated with total revenue combined for that particular broadcast. Under that area, you will see each individual purchase made from viewers. 



You can also view the broadcast purchase history from the broadcast details page. In the upper right hand corner, from the Operations button, select the Purchase History option. 




Then you will see a page with the total number of purchases indicated with total revenue combined for that particular broadcast. Under that area, you will see each individual purchase made from viewers. 



Access Passes

This is how to view the purchase history on a particular Access Pass.


From vCloud, navigate up to Access and then Access Passes, this will take you to the Access Pass Management page.



Use the search filters to find the particular access pass you wish to view purchases for. That access pass may already be listed there. 


Once you've found that particular access pass, click on the dollar symbol to its right to get to the Purchase History page. 


Finally, here is where you will see all the purchases on the Access Pass. In blue, you can see a summary of all the purchases. Then below, you can see a list of individual purchases from fans. 


You can see your net revenue in blue to the left of the total row. 


Note: The net revenue is the total amount of revenue made from purchases on this access pass. It does not consider any revenue share agreement between your organization and BlueFrame Technology.
