Thank you for your interest in the IWLCA TV platform! Below are the steps to follow to join the webinar hosted by BlueFrame Technology.
Join the online meeting by using the following link and ID:
- Online Meeting Link: https://join.freeconferencecall.com/joshblueframe
- Online Meeting ID: joshblueframe
ENTER INFORMATION TO CONNECT
Once you've clicked the link above, you will be taken to the following page. Enter in your name and email address. You do not have to click "Yes, I want my own FreeConferenceCall.com account to host meetings" in order to begin. Click Join after you've entered your information.
ADD THE FREE CONFERENCE CALL EXTENSION
Add the Free Conference Call Extension. You can delete this after the webinar has completed.
Once the extension has been added, you will be able to see the screenshare from BlueFrame, and have some different tools to utilize.
TURNING ON AUDIO AND MICROPHONE
In order to hear the presenter speaking, you will need to connect via your phone or the computer's speakers. I highly suggest simply using your computer's microphone and speakers. Click the phone button on the top of the screen share and then select Mic & Speakers. You will be prompted to allow your microphone and speakers, please click allow. You should now be able to hear the presentation.
MESSAGING THE PRESENTER
This conference will be shown using a "Presenter Mode" which you to listen to me, the presenter, but automatically mutes all microphone/speaker abilities from all attendees. If you have questions during the presentation, please click the chat bubble on top of the screen share and type in your request.
Once the presentation has completed, you can remove the extension from your browser. Below is a screenshot that shows how to do this on Google Chrome.
