Below are the steps to connect to a conference call and screen share with BlueFrame Technology.
Join the online meeting by using the following link and ID:
- Online Meeting Link: https://join.freeconferencecall.com/joshblueframe
- Online Meeting ID: joshblueframe
ENTER INFORMATION TO CONNECT
Once you've clicked the link above, you will be taken to the following page. Enter in your name and email address. You do NOT have to click "Yes, I want my own FreeConferenceCall.com account to host meetings" in order to begin. Click Join after you've entered your information.
ADD THE FREE CONFERENCE CALL EXTENSION
Add the Free Conference Call Extension. You can delete this after the screen share has completed.
Once the extension has been added, you will be able to see the screenshare from BlueFrame, and have some different tools to utilize.
TURNING ON AUDIO AND MICROPHONE
In order to hear the presenter speaking, you can connect via your phone or the computer's speakers.. Click the phone button on the top of the screen share and then select Telephone or Mic & Speakers. If using your microphone and speakers, you will be prompted to allow your microphone and speakers, please click allow. You should now be able to hear the presenter. If you connect with a telephone, you will be given a dial in number and pin #.
MESSAGING THE PRESENTER
Our typical screen share session does have audio allowed by all attendees. If you have questions during the presentation, you can click the chat bubble on top of the screen share and type in your request, or simply speak into your microphone or telephone. Please mute your phone or microphone when it is not being used.
Once the presentation has completed, you can remove the extension from your browser. Below is a screenshot that shows how to do this on Google Chrome.
