Some recent Apple updates have caused some graphical issues with older model Mac computers and Production Truck. One occurrence is the program feed view to the right in Production Truck not displaying the mixed video feed and graphics, but showing a checkerboard screen.


To alleviate the following issue on some Mac models follow the instructions below to perform the Reset Application Settings function inside of Production Truck. 


PLEASE NOTE: THE RESET APPLICATION SETTINGS MAY REMOVE SAVED RTMP BROADCASTS AND OPEN GRAPHICS.



Navigate to the Production Truck menu in the Mac title bar at the top-left of the screen. 


Within this menu select Settings and then the Reset Application Settings submenu. 



Confirm this request to shut down Production Truck. After this you will want to restart Production Truck.
