In order to access the latest Production Truck features, we recommend keeping Production Truck up-to-date. You will be prompted to update when first logging in, if an update is available. 


Note: Depending on your operating system, you may not be able to access the latest version of Production Truck. 


Updating Production Truck

Upon initially logging into Production Truck, if an update is available, you will be prompted to download the update before continuing. You can also manually check for an update when initially logging into Production Truck.



You can also manually check for an update once Production Truck is opening using the MacOS tool bar. 

*Note: In windows it is the option menu > check for updates



When given the option of updating, you can choose the Skip this Version option, or you can install the update, depending on your connection it should only take a few moments to download the update. 



Upon installing the update, you will then need to relaunch Production Truck. 



Checking the version number of Production Truck

If you are encountering issues with Production Truck, it maybe necessary to provide the version number of Production Truck you are operating on. 


Once in Production Truck, navigate to the taskbar at the top of the MacOS. Then select Production Truck and choose About Production Truck



You will then be provided with a window with some basic Production Truck information, in the center you will find the version number you are operating on. 



Update Error

You may receive an error when attempting to update Production Truck. This typically occurs if you have recently downloaded Production Truck. 



Production Truck is likely in your Downloads folder. Simply drag and drop Production Truck into your Applications folder, then close Production Truck and reopen in order to properly update.
