Logs are files that Production Truck creates when streaming and being utilized. Sending these logs to BlueFrame Support allow for our Support and Developer teams to take a in-depth look at what is occurring within Production Truck, this allows us to troubleshoot and solve particular issues. 


Sending Logs within Production Truck on a Mac

Within Production Truck open, navigate to the toolbar at the top of the screen, then select Help. Then select BlueFrame Support.



This will open up a new window, type in a description of the issue you are seeing. Hitting Send Message, will generate a email to BlueFrame Technology Support Staff which includes your Production Truck logs. 



Finding Production Truck Logs on your Mac

You may need to send multiple Production Truck logs files or additional Production Truck logs aside from those included in the automatic email. 


In order to manually find Production Truck logs on your Mac, find the Production Truck folder on your Mac. It is likely in your Documents folder. (Documents folder > Production Truck folder > Logs folder)



Within the Production Truck folder on your computer, you will find a subfolder titled Logs. Within this folder, you will find all the generated Production Truck logs. Logs can be found and sorted appropriately via date. 



If you need to include these in an email, they can be attached like any other file. 


Sending Logs within Production Truck on Windows

Within Production Truck open, navigate to the toolbar at the top of the screen, then select Help. Then select Email Support.


This will open up a new window, type in a description of the issue you are seeing. Hitting Send Logs, will generate a email to BlueFrame Technology Support Staff which includes your Production Truck logs. 



Finding Production Truck Logs on your Windows Computer

Within Production Truck open, navigate to the toolbar at the top of the screen, then select Help. Then select Open Log Location.



 This will take you directly to the folder where Production Truck stores logs on your computer (Usually under Documents folder > Production Truck folder > Logs folder). Within this folder, you will find all the generated Production Truck logs. Logs can be found and sorted appropriately via date.
