If your broadcast is covered by a pay-per-view Access Pass you have setup, you can navigate into the broadcasts settings and disable it from being included. This will cause the broadcast to be free-to-view or allow you to change its price point individually. 

Note: The broadcast must already be created and you will need to update the broadcast to make this change. 

Note: The ability for an account to remove broadcasts from an Access Pass must be enabled by BlueFrame Support Staff, contact us about this ability by selecting "New Support Ticket" at the top of this page.

Once your account has the ability to do so, navigate to Media, then Broadcasts, then find the broadcast you wish to omit and Edit the broadcast. You cannot do this when initially creating the broadcast. 

Then navigate down to the Settings area.

Then select the Access Tab. 

Finally, under the Access Passes that are associated with this content area, you will see the Access Pass or Passes that are associated with broadcast. 

Simply uncheck the Enabled box to the right to remove this broadcast from the Access Pass. 

That broadcast is now removed from the Access Pass. Navigate down and click Save.
