If you encounter issues regarding a broadcast's frame rate, such as stuttering, it maybe due to issues involving the Roku's device ability to handle certain frame rates. Our Roku apps include a feature that allows you to resolve this issue. 


Open up the Roku application you are utilizing. 



Navigate Down to the Settings and Search area. This will be below the Live/Upcoming, Recent, and Channel areas. 


You will then select the Framerate Correction option by selecting and deselecting it and ensure that the Status is Enabled



When attempting to view your broadcasts, you should no longer see the frame rate or stuttering issues you were encountering.
