Using vCloud Broadcast Grid, you can use the filters in order to narrow down the broadcast's you see to a certain selection. This can be useful for; narrowing to a specific sport, a specific date range, and determining analytics.

Firstly, you will need to login to vCloud. Go to the following link and login with your credentials:

The next step is to go to the Broadcast Grid where you can see all of your broadcasts. You will want to go to Media then Broadcast Grid.

You can then use the filters at the top to filter to any of the fields available. For example, you can filter by Section, Date, whether the broadcast is upcoming or archived, etc.

After you make each change, select the Update Filter open to have it apply and the broadcasts below will then reflect that.

For example, if you wanted to see all of the broadcasts you streamed last year, you would select the Status option to Archived and alter the Scheduled Date field and choose the date range of last year. There are some quick options, such as; last week or last month that you can also use.

Then select Update Filter. You will then see all the broadcasts listed below from last year.

Additionally, you can see the total amount of broadcasts you did by the number listed in the upper right by the pages.

You can also utilize other options, such as;

  • Bar Graph icon to get analytics for all those broadcasts
  • Download CSV to get all those broadcasts in a spread sheet with title, date/time, etc.
  • Download Archives button to get all of those broadcast sent to you as .mp4 files. Only the first 25 will be sent and additional requests must be made for more.
